Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 12 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, documentation, and tags.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your authorization email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Information

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
